What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform skilled labor in construction industry
- Set up, organize, and clean up job sites to keep them safe and efficient
- Operate and maintain hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment
- Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and project documents
- Work on ladders and at elevated heights as required
- Perform outdoor work in varying weather conditions
- Maintain tools and equipment and report any issues promptly
- Follow all safety policies, procedures, and quality standards
- Support multiple divisions and assist where needed
Duties may evolve as company needs grow.

- Minimum 3 years of hands-on construction experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
- Proven reliability, accountability, and work ethic
