Job Description
Cru Workforce is hiring Commercial Construction Laborers to support commercial glazing projects in the Rice Lake area.

This role is open to individuals with commercial construction experience — no prior glazing experience required. Training is provided.
If you’ve worked on commercial job sites and want to build a specialized skillset, earn strong pay, and move into a long-term trade, this is a strong opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing

Assist with installation of storefront, curtain wall, and aluminum framing systems
Support glass placement, sealing, and finishing work
Work from basic drawings, layouts, and field measurements
Use hand tools, lifts, and job site equipment safely
Coordinate with foremen and other trades on site
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For

Experience working on commercial construction job sites
Comfortable with physical, hands-on work
Ability to use tools and follow job site instructions
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Strong attention to detail and work quality

Glazing experience is a plus — but not required. Training is provided.
