Position Overview
This role will be based in Fort Lauderdale, FL or elsewhere in the U.S., with the ability to travel to Florida frequently. We are seeking a senior leader who can drive operational excellence while supporting rapid growth and international expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy including sourcing, production, logistics, and distribution
- Build scalable processes to support global growth and increased volume
- Optimize vendor relationships, cost structures, and production timelines
- Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring efficiency and compliance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align supply chain with business objectives
- Drive inventory planning, forecasting, and demand alignment
- Identify risks and implement solutions across the global supply chain network
Qualifications
- 10+ years of supply chain leadership experience within consumer goods, apparel, or related industries
- Proven experience scaling supply chain operations globally
- Strong understanding of sourcing, production, and logistics
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Hands-on, strategic leader with strong problem-solving capabilities
