Salary: $200,000 - $325,000 per year

Jobot's client is looking for a VP of operations to oversee a group of offices throughout the Midwest and west coast. At our core we're an engineering organization, and to be successful in this job, you will need to have direct engineering experience, either as a leader or practitioner.

Job Details

Think of this section as the minimum previous experience needed to be considered.

1. An engineering undergrad ideally

2. Experience managing a large territory of directors who, in turn, lead field managers. Think Engineering, safety, and sales.

3. Ability to manage a P&L of over $100m

4. An MBA, although not required, is highly preferred.
