We are seeking an accomplished
Director of Transportation & Logistics to lead the strategic design, optimization, and execution of our global logistics network. This high‑impact leader is responsible for overseeing end‑to‑end operational excellence across transportation, warehousing, distribution, and trade compliance.
In this role, you will play a critical part in strengthening enterprise resiliency, enhancing global visibility, and ensuring that logistics infrastructure effectively supports the company's aggressive growth agenda across North America, EMEA, and APAC. You will collaborate cross‑functionally with executive leadership, commercial teams, manufacturing, and global trade to align logistics strategies with broader business objectives, enabling scalable expansion and world‑class service performance.
The ideal candidate is a strategic, influential leader with deep experience in global logistics operations, transportation network design, warehouse optimization, international trade compliance, and advanced supply chain technologies. This individual excels at navigating ambiguity, driving continuous improvement, and delivering meaningful financial and operational results in fast‑paced, evolving environments.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a global transportation and logistics strategy that supports Rehlko’s growth objectives, profitability targets, and evolving customer requirements.
- Lead enterprise‑wide automation and digital transformation initiatives to enhance productivity and deliver real‑time supply chain visibility.
- Oversee the execution, contracting, and service performance of the transportation network—achieving freight cost savings, elevating customer experience, and strengthening partnerships with key carriers and logistics providers.
- Ensure the resilience of Rehlko’s transportation network against market volatility, supply chain disruptions, and macroeconomic challenges.
- Manage global trade to maintain full compliance with international regulations, customs requirements, and regional trade laws.
Financial & Performance Management
- Own global transportation and logistics P&L, driving sustainable cost optimization without compromising service quality.
- Establish and govern KPIs that improve transportation efficiency, warehouse performance, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure logistics strategies directly support enterprise goals and global expansion initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop high‑performing direct and indirect teams capable of supporting double‑digit year‑over‑year growth.
- Foster a culture grounded in accountability, cross‑functional collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across all upstream and downstream stakeholders, securing buy‑in for logistics strategies and process/system enhancements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in logistics leadership, warehousing, trade compliance, and supply chain, with experience managing multi-site distribution networks.
- Proven experience managing a large-scale, complex warehouse and logistics operation.
- Knowledge of global trade regulations, customs compliance, and international shipping processes.
- Strong knowledge of WMS, TMS, automation, and supply chain analytics.
- Proven business/financial acumen, including demonstrated ability to influence, solve complex problems, and drive change at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across diverse teams and cultures.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to solving operational challenges and meeting customer needs.

The Salary range for this position is $156,000.00-$201,900.00.The specific Salary rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
