POSITION OVERVIEW The Cloud Advisor will lead the implementation of scalable, high-performance hosting solutions using advanced Cloud Technologies. This role sits within the Infrastructure Managed Services group, focusing on legacy transformation and driving next-generation business outcomes for the Products industry sector.
Day-to-day Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cloud strategies to optimize infrastructure operations.
- Lead the migration process to ensure a seamless transition to cloud-based solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and efficiency in cloud services management.
- Provide expert guidance on account delivery management to enhance client satisfaction.
- Provide lead support during major incidents and maintain critical client relationships.
- Own overall delivery for a broad spectrum of services including Azure, Nutanix, VMware, SQL, and AIX/Linux/Windows environments.
