Job Details
The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating and scheduling daily work assignments to ensure efficient use of personnel and resources.
Hours: 1st shift
Days: Monday-Friday
Job Requirements:
- Provide professional customer support and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, while coordinating daily activities and priorities.
- Support field operations by reviewing completed work, following up on assignments, and assisting with job coordination.
- Maintain schedules, dispatch boards, and documentation to ensure accurate tracking of work activities.
- Coordinate and organize reports, work orders, time records, and other operational paperwork.
- Assist with training, guidance, and support for customer service or operations staff as needed.
- Demonstrate strong organizational, planning, and multitasking skills while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Use standard computer systems and business software to support day‑to‑day operations and reporting.
Qualifications
- Computer skills: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook
- 2+ years of dispatching experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
