We’re seeking an experienced Manufacturing Engineer to support PCBA, cable & harness, and electro‑mechanical assembly operations. This role blends process engineering, documentation/BOM management, ECOs/ECNs, NPI support, and configuration control within a high‑reliability defense manufacturing environment.
What You’ll Do
- Create & maintain multi‑level BOMs, routers, work instructions, and assembly documentation.
- Support manufacturing processes for PCBAs, cables, harnesses, and box builds.
- Drive process improvements, tooling/fixture development, and root‑cause problem‑solving.
- Interpret engineering drawings, specs, and customer requirements for production.
- Manage ECO/ECN updates, revision control, and configuration baselines.
- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality & Production.
- Support NPI builds and ensure smooth design‑to‑manufacturing transitions.
What You Bring
- Engineering degree or equivalent experience.
- 6+ years in electronics or electro‑mechanical manufacturing (PCBA/cable background required).
- Strong BOM/documentation skills in ERP/MRP/PLM systems.
- Experience with defense/aerospace documentation standards.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail & problem‑solving skills.
