Responsibilities
Lead complex development projects from launch to transfer to production. Lead multi -site, multi -discipline, cross -functional teams in an innovative, collaborative environment. Plan and aggressively drive and monitor project execution, identify and solve problems effectively. Provide clear and concise communication to all levels of the project team, sponsors and executive leadership. Responsible for managing the scope, schedule, cost, risk and achieving the project performance targets.
Qualifications
BS preferably in an Engineering discipline required, 10+ years of Technical Project Management in a Product Development environment, Experience Managing Teams in multiple geographic locations, Ability to influence and lead in a matrix environment. Excellent problem solving, organizational and communication skills.
