About the Role
We are looking for a data-driven and detail-oriented Data Analyst – Product Analytics to join our QuickBooks Accounting Automation team. In this role, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to define success metrics, analyze workflows, and drive impactful product decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define, track, and analyze key product and business metrics for the QuickBooks Accounting Automation workflows.
- Monitor and evaluate workflow performance to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Design and execute A/B tests and experiments to measure feature impact and guide product strategy.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Qlik Sense to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions.
- Communicate insights and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong experience in data analytics and product analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Expertise in dashboarding tools such as Tableau and Qlik Sense.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders and influence decision-making through data.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with accounting or fintech products is a plus.
- Familiarity with product lifecycle and agile methodologies.
