Role Summary: The Logistics & Operations Coordinator is responsible for executing the day-to-day flow of orders, inventory, and shipments across all channels — ensuring products move efficiently from warehouses to customers. This role owns logistics, fulfillment, and replenishment, working closely with operations, sales, warehouse, and 3PLs to ensure the right products are in the right place at the right time.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfillment & Order Execution
- Process and manage purchase orders from retailers, distributors, and foodservice accounts
- Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouses and 3PL partners to ensure accurate and on-time shipping
- Handle order changes, shortages, and escalations with urgency
- Act as a point of contact for order status updates and customer inquiries
- Logistics (Domestic & Outbound)
- Coordinate domestic shipments (LTL, FTL, parcel) with carriers and logistics partners
- Track shipments and proactively communicate delays or issues
- Work with 3PLs and warehouses to ensure smooth outbound operations
- Support routing, scheduling, and execution of shipments
- Replenishment & Inventory Coordination
- Create and manage weekly replenishments to Amazon FBA, Walmart, and TikTok
- Monitor inventory levels across warehouses and channels to prevent stockouts or overstock
- Coordinate internal inventory transfers between warehouses and 3PLs
- Align order flow with available inventory and demand signals
- Inbound Visibility & Coordination
- Track inbound shipments and purchase orders to understand inventory flow
- Communicate delays or risks that may impact fulfillment or stock levels
- Coordinate with the supply chain team to ensure alignment between inbound and outbound
- Systems, Data & Reporting
- Maintain accurate order, shipment, and inventory data in ERP systems (Fulfil.io)
- Track and update logistics and fulfillment data across systems and spreadsheets
- Support weekly reporting for operations, warehouse, and sales teams
- Process Improvement & Operations Support
- Identify inefficiencies in logistics, fulfillment, and order flow and suggest improvements
- Help create and maintain SOPs for operational workflows
- Assist in troubleshooting ERP and operational issues
- Support task management and cross-functional coordination
Qualifications & Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain at a CPG food and beverage company
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong problem-solving skills and proactive mindset
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with ERP systems (Fulfil.io preferred), Google Sheets, and Excel
- Comfortable working with 3PLs, warehouses, and logistics partners
