Role Description–
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Columbus, OH, for a Managed Operations CORE Logistics Team Mem`ber. This position is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in logistics in a fast-paced, team-driven environment.
CORE stands for: Claims, Operations, Reporting & Engagement—a role designed to support client satisfaction and daily logistics operations across multiple touchpoints. The role will include simple quoting and booking procedures as well. Moreover, the role involves effective communication with team members and providing exceptional customer service to ensure seamless coordination and support of logistics operations.
What You’ll Do–
- Manage shipment tracking, client updates, and email communication
- Communicate with customers and carriers via phone and email
- Assist with quoting and freight booking
- Support claim submissions and resolution processes
- Provide billing and operational support
- Assist with reporting and internal coordination
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure smooth logistics operations

- Eagerness to learn, grow, and master new skills in a dynamic industry
- Detail-driven with the ability to identify, correct, and prevent errors in a zero-defect environment
No prior logistics experience required — training is provided.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Interest in logistics, supply chain, or business-related careers preferred
- Students and individuals pursuing degrees in logistics or related fields are encouraged to apply
Work Schedule & Location
- 📍 Onsite: 2642 Fisher Road, Columbus, OH
- 🕘 Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time (flexibility available for students)
- Initial interviews are conducted in person at our Columbus facility as well.
