Position Summary:
The Transportation Analyst will support the growth and development of Victoria’s Secret Domestic transportation network into our next evolution.
This role supports the strategic partnership with our new parcel and delivery agent carrier network that will support the domestic deliveries to 800+ stores nationally and providing time-definite delivery of over 7 million cartons with a retail value exceeding 4 billion dollars. This Analyst will support the team by providing the necessary information and reporting helping to cultivate existing relationships and coordination with brand store operations teams to ensure changes and plans are integrated into the domestic transportation plans. They will also collaborate with cross functional teams, looking at continuous improvement opportunities, performance factors and trend reporting associated with the store delivery and additional network logistics services.
As a Transportation Analyst You Will
- Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve network service and cost efficiency with internal teams.
- Effectively support the development of Victoria’s Secret owned Domestic network including all or parts of the following, but not limited to: Inbound, Outbound, Delivery Agent, Reverse Logistics, etc.
- Research and/or provide recommendations for new capabilities within the network as it pertains to store operations.
- Supports internal performance reporting by evaluating the network’s key performance metrics
- Support internal & external teams by collaborating to develop strategies & contingency plans for different types of forecasts.
- Participate in formal service reviews with Carrier Partners.
- Respond quickly to change with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new ways to work and achieve objectives.
- Responsible for assessing all transport services in a market to report new offerings and potential improvements to the manager/team.
- Call out potential risks and follow through with plans to mitigate said risk
- Support strategic discussions by preparing presentation materials, insights, and data for meetings with department leaders, and actively contribute during these sessions to inform decision-making.
- Responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of store information such as addresses, delivery schedules, delivery windows, etc. within proprietary and external applications.

Minimum Salary: $67,700.00
Maximum Salary: $88,830.00
VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.
Qualifications
Your experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Transportation, Logistics, or a related discipline preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in transportation or logistics, with a strong focus on parcel shipping and delivery agent/courier operations.
- Demonstrated integrity, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence outcomes across teams and functions.
- Strong analytical and decision-making skills, with the ability to independently assess situations, draw conclusions from data, and follow through on execution.
- Proven ability to operate effectively within a matrixed organization and communicate with internal and external partners at multiple levels.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills, with the ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment. Experience with SharePoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams preferred.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data formatting. Broader Microsoft Office proficiency required.
- Working knowledge of transportation and logistics systems and technology platforms. Experience with Descartes and E2Open TMS preferred.
- Willingness to travel up to 10% (or more as needed) to support store operations across the contiguous United States.
