Product Manager (AI Marketing Platform)
- Client: High-growth AI-native Marketing Platform
- Location: Remote (U.S.)
- Compensation: $160k - $180k + bonus + equity
- Must Have: Experience shipping AI/LLM-powered products in production
Summary:
We’re partnering with a fast-growing AI-native marketing platform looking to hire a Product Manager to build agent-driven marketing experiences end-to-end. This isn’t a traditional product role. You’re not layering AI onto existing workflows—you’re designing how AI runs marketing.
You’ll own product strategy across campaign creation, automation, CRM, and customer journeys, building systems where intelligent agents drive growth and efficiency. You’ll work closely with engineering, data, and design to take ideas from concept → prototype → production, fast.
What you’ll do:
- Own roadmap and prioritization for AI-first marketing features (agents, automation, campaign workflows)
- Lead product development from concept through launch (discovery, prototyping, testing, shipping)
- Define where AI replaces or augments human workflows in marketing execution
- Measure success based on revenue impact, campaign performance, and efficiency gains
- Translate complex AI capabilities into intuitive, usable marketing tools
- Bring speed and structure to how products get built and shipped
- Stay on top of AI/LLM advancements and apply them to real product use cases
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years Product Management experience, including 2+ years building AI/LLM-powered products
- Deep understanding of LLMs, agents, RAG, and tradeoffs (latency, cost, accuracy)
- Experience shipping products to production—not just experimentation
- Strong product intuition around UX for probabilistic systems
- Highly outcome-oriented—focused on revenue, efficiency, and customer impact
- Technical enough to work closely with engineers (APIs, prompts, model behavior)
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity with high ownership and autonomy
- Strong communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have:
- Experience in marketing platforms, martech, or growth tooling
- Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.)
- Understanding of LLM economics (tokens, caching, inference costs)
- Startup or high-growth environment experience
