We are partnering with our client, a $250M privately owned manufacturing and distribution company, in the search for a strategic and hands-on Director of Information Systems to serve as its senior technology leader during a pivotal phase of growth and integration. The company is headquartered in the Philadelphia suburbs.
The Director will lead all aspects of IT and Information Systems, including infrastructure, ERP platforms, cloud architecture, cybersecurity, and end-user support. This individual will also play a key role in advancing digital transformation initiatives—modernizing processes, standardizing data practices, and enabling scalable, insight-driven operations across the enterprise.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including senior leadership roles.
- Experience with and deep understanding of ERPs. Proven track record in IT infrastructure management, network administration, cybersecurity, and systems integration.
- Ability to analyze complex business processes, identify risks and issues, and propose solutions.
