Responsibilities

Kforce has an enterprise client that is seeking a Project/Program Manager in Herndon, VA. Duties:

Project/Program Manager will be responsible for the coordination and completion of project/program
Oversees all aspects of projects/program
Managing all aspects of project execution including design development and construction administration processes as well as expertise in implementing and optimizing project management platforms such as Smartsheets, Procore etc. will be beneficial
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project/program
As a Project/Program Manager, you will prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project/program
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Performs a variety of tasks
Leads and directs the work of others
Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department

Requirements

May require a Bachelor's degree and at least 7 years of experience in the field or in a related area
7+ years of experience in design and construction life cycle
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Project management skills
Team management and coordination
Cross functional and stakeholder management
Construction administration
Strategic decision making
Software: Smartsheet; Procore; Microsoft projects; Plus, with Revit, AutoCAD

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
