Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Commercial Project Manager to join our dynamic team within the Tri-State area (D.C., Maryland, Virginia). The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of commercial projects from initiation to completion. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex construction projects and ensuring their profitability and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budget, and quality standards.
Develop and execute project plans, including defining project scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, and provide regular updates to stakeholders, including clients, senior management, and project teams.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles to project success, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
Manage project budgets, monitor project expenses, and track financial performance against established targets.
Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, standards, and best practices.
Foster positive working relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in commercial project management.

Qualifications:

5 year minimum proven experience as a Construction Project Manager, overseeing and successfully delivering complex construction projects.
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities, with a focus on detail and accuracy.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences.
Proficient in project management software and tools such as Procore, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.
