What will your role be?
We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer to support manufacturing operations in Huntsville, Alabama. The ideal candidate will focus on improving production yield, optimizing manufacturing processes, and driving Lean manufacturing initiatives across the facility.
This role works closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams to identify inefficiencies, reduce waste, and improve overall production performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze production processes to improve yield, efficiency, and throughput
- Lead Lean manufacturing initiatives including waste reduction, process standardization, and continuous improvement
- Implement and drive Kaizen, 5S, and value stream mapping activities
- Identify root causes of yield loss, scrap, and process variability
- Develop and maintain KPIs related to production efficiency, yield, and cycle time
- Support process optimization, line balancing, and capacity planning
- Drive data-driven decision making through statistical analysis and performance tracking
- Lead or support continuous improvement projects across the manufacturing floor
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial operations
- Strong experience with yield improvement and process optimization
- Hands-on knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools (Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma, VSM)
- Experience performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with production, quality, and engineering teams
