Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Huntsville, AL. As a Route Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operational execution of delivery routes, ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing delivery schedules, assisting in training and supervising team members, resolving customer concerns, and monitoring route performance to meet operational goals. The Route Supervisor will also analyze budgets and identify opportunities for operational improvements.
Qualifications
- Experience with Supervisory Skills and team management
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer Service expertise along with a customer-centric approach
- Ability to lead Training programs and support staff development
- Knowledge of Budgeting and cost management
- Organizational skills with attention to detail
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle conflicts effectively
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
