Position Summary
Titomic USA, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and motivated Project Coordinator to support the planning, execution, and successful delivery of advanced manufacturing, aerospace, defense, and industrial projects. This mid-career professional will coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, quality, finance, and customer teams while ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget, and compliant with customer and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate has experience coordinating technical or manufacturing projects within a defense, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing environment and thrives in a fast-paced, growing organization.
Essential Responsibilities
- Coordinate multiple projects from initiation through completion while supporting Project and Program Managers.
- Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, action item trackers, and project documentation.
- Organize project kickoff meetings, design reviews, customer meetings, and status reviews.
- Prepare meeting agendas, record minutes, and track completion of action items.
- Monitor project schedules and identify risks, delays, and resource conflicts.
- Work closely with engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, finance, and operations to ensure project objectives are achieved.
- Support preparation of customer reports, presentations, and contract deliverables.
- Coordinate procurement activities and monitor long-lead materials required for project execution.
- Maintain configuration-controlled project documentation in accordance with company procedures.
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, purchase requisitions, and invoice coordination.
- Support manufacturing readiness activities, production planning, and customer acceptance events.
- Track project performance metrics and prepare executive-level dashboard updates.
- Ensure compliance with company quality systems, safety policies, export control requirements, and customer contractual obligations.
- Support proposal development and transition of awarded contracts into project execution.
- Identify opportunities to improve project management processes and implement best practices.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or related discipline.
- 5–8 years of project coordination, project administration, or program support experience.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, engineering, aerospace, defense, or industrial projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Advanced proficiency with:
- Microsoft Project
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Word
- PowerPoint
- Outlook
- Experience using ERP systems (Epicor preferred).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapidly changing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively across departments.
Security Requirements
- Must be a United States citizen.
- Dual citizenship is not permitted for this position due to customer and export control requirements.
- Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance.
- Must be able to comply with all ITAR, EAR, and export control regulations applicable to defense manufacturing positions. Similar defense-sector roles commonly require U.S. citizenship or U.S. person status due to export-controlled technologies and government contract requirements.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation, pre-employment drug screening, and verification of employment eligibility through the U.S. Department of Homeland Security E-Verify program.
Preferred Qualifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or progress toward certification.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
- Experience with AS9100 or ISO 9001 quality systems.
- Experience supporting U.S. Government or Department of Defense contracts.
- Experience with advanced manufacturing, additive manufacturing, or cold spray technologies.
- Familiarity with Jira, SharePoint, or Smartsheet.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
