We are looking for an E-commerce Logistics Sales Representative to drive new business growth by connecting online retailers with reliable small parcel shipping solutions. This role focuses on developing relationships with e-commerce brands and helping them improve fulfillment efficiency, shipping performance, and delivery reliability. The position is ideal for a motivated sales professional who understands the fast-moving logistics needs of online businesses and enjoys building long-term client partnerships.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect e-commerce businesses that require small parcel shipping solutions
- Develop and manage a pipeline of new business opportunities within the e-commerce and online retail space
- Present logistics and shipping solutions tailored to customer fulfillment and delivery needs
- Build strong relationships with decision-makers including operations managers, founders, and logistics leaders
- Prepare pricing proposals and negotiate shipping service agreements
- Collaborate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Maintain accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking within CRM systems
- Monitor shipping trends and competitor offerings to position solutions effectively
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements
- 2+ years of sales experience in logistics, shipping, freight, or supply chain services
- Experience selling small parcel shipping, e-commerce fulfillment, or transportation services preferred
- Strong understanding of the shipping needs of e-commerce businesses
- Proven ability to generate leads and close new business opportunities
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline
