We are hiring a Creative Project Manager to join a top beauty company in El Segundo, CA.
- Pay Rate: $45/HR - $55/HR
- Location: El Segundo, CA – Hybrid
- Duration: 9 Months
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with cross-functional business stakeholders to develop creative programs that align with strategic objectives and customer needs.
- Manage day-to-day CRM content and copy, ensuring accuracy, brand alignment, and timely execution.
- Develop and execute new strategic initiatives and product features from concept through launch.
- Coordinate all creative deliverables, including site and package approvals, ensuring projects stay on schedule.
- Lead end-to-end CRM campaign execution, driving measurable results.
- Manage multiple concurrent projects while balancing business priorities and technical considerations.
- Anticipate risks and bottlenecks, proactively managing project prioritization to ensure successful delivery.
- Analyze structured and unstructured data to provide optimization recommendations and performance insights.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience building and executing CRM plans from start to finish with demonstrated results.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Experience working with ESP platforms, specifically ExactTarget (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to successfully manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Demonstrated creative vision with a strong customer-centric approach to communications.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with Google Analytics and performance reporting.
- Experience with graphic design and collaborating on creative development.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including negotiation abilities.
- Customer service–oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook.
- Willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies and platforms.
