Manufacturing Engineer needed
We’re seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to design, optimize, and improve manufacturing processes to drive efficiency, increase capacity, reduce waste, and ensure consistent quality. This role partners closely with production, quality, maintenance, and design engineering to resolve manufacturing challenges, support new product introductions, and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and data-driven methodologies.
You’ll lead and support capital projects from justification through implementation, including equipment selection, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and concept design. The role also supports manufacturing decision-making through cost analysis, capacity planning, and documentation development (SOPs, work instructions, process flows), while contributing to supplier qualification and process development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 3–5+ years in a manufacturing engineering or similar role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, tooling, and fabrication methods
- Proficiency with CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and blueprint interpretation
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and statistical analysis
- Proven project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
