Ecopol America is looking for motivated and dynamic individuals to join our team. The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet Ecopol’s quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations. This role supports manufacturing operations by continuous improvement, managing quality systems, and promoting a strong quality culture across the plant. Quality Engineer acts as a key interface between Quality, Production, Engineering, and Customers to ensure product conformity and process robustness.

Position:
- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards, customer requirements, and applicable regulations
- Support production with root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
- Monitor and analyze quality KPIs, non-conformities, scrap, and customer complaints
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality and process stability
- Support audits (internal, customer, and certification audits) and follow up on action plans
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality procedures, work instructions, and documentation
- Support qualification and validation of processes, materials, and products
- Collaborate with Engineering and Operations on process changes and new product introductions
- Promote a quality mindset and best practices on the shop floor
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
- Experience in Quality Engineering in a manufacturing environment (preferably plastics, films, or chemical processes)
- Knowledge of quality systems and continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., ISO, CAPA, problem-solving tools)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain
- Clear communication skills and hands-on approach in a production environment
