Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Summary:
Seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee and manage the data flow process of new and updated product items across systems and departments. This position will manage the flow of information during a system transition period. This role ensures accuracy, timeliness, and completeness in item set-up and updates from ideation to shelf, working cross-functionally with Product Development, Supply Chain, Packaging Engineering, Sales, Trade, Finance and IT teams.
The ideal candidate has experience in Product Vision or equivalent product lifecycle and specification management tool, and demonstrates a strong understanding of SAP or similar MRP/ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and manage data entry, item set-up. and information flow for new SKUs across internal systems.
- Coordinate and manage BOM workflows for modified and renovated SKUs across internal systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance) to gather and validate item attributes.
- Kick off data cleanup initiative of total portfolio
- Ensure data integrity, single source of truth, and consistency across SAP, Product Vision, and other relevant systems.
- Troubleshoot data issues for downstream systems, i.e. internal planning, forecasting, and sales tools.
- Monitor timelines and deliverables for item launches and transitions; identify and escalate risk.
- Facilitate communication and documentation of changes, ensuring appropriate stakeholders are informed.
- Initiate and distribute product setup form to cross-functional stakeholders and external co-packers
- Support PMO and Product Lifecycle senior leadership in various initiatives and process enhancements.
- Support the continuous improvement of item management processes and tools.
- Troubleshoot data flow issues and escalate systemic problems as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management, IT or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or data management roles.
- Proficiency in SAP, or other MRP/ERP systems (Oracle, NetSuite, etc.).
- Proficiency in Product Vision, or other equivalent product lifecycle and specification management tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project).
