Role Description
The Terminal Manager will oversee daily operations at the company’s terminal in Lawrenceville, GA. This on-site, full-time role includes managing terminal operations, supervising staff, ensuring an efficient and safe work environment, accounts payable, terminal budgeting and implementing effective maintenance programs. The Terminal Manager will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining customer satisfaction, and aligning the terminal’s activities with the company’s broader strategic goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to effectively manage and guide a team
- Expertise in Terminal Operations and Operations Management, with a focus on safety and efficiency
- Proven abilities in Customer Service to foster positive relationships and meet or exceed client expectations
- Experience in Training and onboarding employees to ensure competency and compliance with company standards
- Strong organizational, mechanical and communication skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with environmental regulations and standards is a plus
- Prior experience in a logistics, distribution, cement, concrete or related operational capacity is highly preferred
