Overview

We’re seeking a seasoned, detail-oriented Technical Project Manager to oversee the successful execution of network and software rollouts across a diverse client base. This role owns the full delivery journey—from early proposal support through final commissioning—ensuring technology solutions are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in alignment with modern workplace standards. You’ll bring together internal teams, external partners, and customers to deliver repeatable, high-quality deployments that reflect the company's commitment to excellence and customer experience.

Responsibilities

Lead projects through the complete delivery lifecycle, from initial scoping and proposal to go-live and operational handoff
Build, maintain, and communicate comprehensive project plans spanning multiple internal teams and external partners
Coordinate resources such as field technicians, internet service providers, low-voltage/structured cabling vendors, and equipment suppliers
Oversee internet circuit delivery, including carrier engagement, ordering, validation, testing, and timely activation
Act as the main point of contact for clients regarding project status, readiness, milestones, and deployment progress
Ensure all deployments meet defined brand standards, quality benchmarks, and agreed timelines
Proactively identify risks, manage scope changes, and drive formal change control when required
Manage pre-construction and construction-related activities, including MDF/IDF readiness, cabling requirements, and infrastructure dependencies
Align delivery milestones across procurement, engineering, software, and operations teams
Maintain accurate project documentation, status reporting, and delivery records
Partner with pre-sales teams to help define scope, delivery approach, timelines, and technical requirements
Lead internal and client-facing project meetings, driving clear ownership and next steps
Continuously improve deployment processes, documentation, tools, and playbooks
Contribute positively to the team and help reinforce a culture of accountability, quality, and high delivery standards

Required Qualifications

Demonstrated experience leading technical deployments within IT, networking, telecommunications, or related environments
Hands-on experience managing internet circuit provisioning and working directly with carriers or aggregators
Solid understanding of network infrastructure, dependencies, and deployment sequencing
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, follow-through-oriented approach
Proven ability to juggle multiple complex projects while maintaining accuracy and urgency
Process-focused mindset with experience creating or refining scalable delivery frameworks
High attention to detail with a strong commitment to documentation and clear communication
Comfort working with a wide range of stakeholders, including executives, landlords, construction partners, and technical teams
Resourceful problem-solver with a strong sense of ownership and accountability

Preferred Experience

Exposure to managed services, SaaS-based service delivery, or workplace technology solutions
Experience supporting coworking spaces or commercial real estate technology build-outs
Familiarity with project and operations tools such as Monday.com, Retool, HubSpot, or comparable platforms
