A leading global private markets investment platform is looking to hire a Vice President to join its Infrastructure & Real Assets investment team in New York.
This is a front-office investment role within a highly active global team investing across infrastructure funds, co-investments and secondary transactions, working closely with senior investors and leading infrastructure managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Sourcing and evaluating infrastructure and real assets investment opportunities
- Leading due diligence on primary fund investments, co-investments and secondaries
- Building relationships with leading infrastructure managers and investment partners
- Preparing and presenting investment recommendations to senior stakeholders and investment committees
- Supporting portfolio management and client engagement initiatives
- Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team
Ideal background:
- ~7+ years’ experience in infrastructure or real assets investing
- Experience evaluating fund investments, co-investments or secondaries
- Strong financial modelling and investment underwriting capabilities
- Background from private equity, infrastructure funds, asset managers, advisory firms or investment banking
- Strong communication skills and ability to articulate investment views clearly
