Project Manager – Product Launch & Brand Initiatives
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in office)
Salary: $84,000 – $90,000
We are working with a fast-growing consumer brand looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of new product and brand initiatives. This role sits within the Supply Chain function and works closely with cross-functional teams across product development, procurement, marketing, and external partners.

The Role
As Project Manager, you will oversee the planning and execution of product launches and brand initiatives, ensuring projects move smoothly from concept through to delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks to keep projects on track.
You will play a key role in ensuring teams remain aligned, deliverables are met, and processes are continuously improved to support efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end project delivery for new or updated product launches, packaging updates, and promotional initiatives
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with internal stakeholders
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
- Facilitate communication between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and accountability
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Resolve timeline conflicts and negotiate solutions with impacted teams
- Lead regular project status meetings with internal teams and external vendor partners
- Provide clear updates on progress, risks, and deadlines to stakeholders
- Support the development of best practices and standardized project management processes
- Contribute to additional strategic or operational projects when required
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Supply Chain, or a related field
- Project management certification (PMP or equivalent) is advantageous
- 4+ years of project management experience, ideally within beauty, personal care, wellness, or consumer goods industries
- Strong experience managing product development or product launch lifecycles
- Advanced proficiency with project management tools and workflow systems
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects
- Strong risk identification and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting updates to leadership teams
