About the Job:
At Cure Hydration, we’re obsessed with helping our customers and employees thrive.
As our Logistics Associate you will report to Cure’s Director of Logistics and will be responsible for day to
day handling of inbound transportation transactions, intra-transportation routing, Amazon FBA order
processing, DTC outbound order exceptions support, and general logistics documentation management.
You will ensure that inbound freight from our manufacturers is picked up and delivered on time and in full
while providing transparency across all departments to shipment stages for all of Cure’s finished goods.
Your responsibilities will include:
● Inbound Transportation: Route, track, and reconcile all product shipments from suppliers to
Cure’s warehousing network. Provide transportation status and performance transparency
through reporting and service KPIs to the wider team.
● Marketplace Order Processing: Submit and track all Marketplace orders inclusive of Amazon
FBA from Cure’s suppliers and warehouses to Marketplace’s relevant fulfillment networks.
Instruct and monitor order fulfillment activity to ensure all orders are picked, packed, and shipped
compliantly and cost effectively to each receivers’ standards.
● DTC Order Management: Track and monitor all DTC orders received from Cure’s website to
ensure processing and shipment SLAs are met at the 3PL. Manage order exceptions, delays, and
backlogs while working cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations
team members to troubleshoot and resolve fulfillment roadblocks.
● Reverse Logistics Coordination: Route, track, and monitor all approved retail return shipments
(RMAs) from retail partners back to Cure’s warehousing partners. This includes creating
necessary advanced shipment notices (ASNs) as well as reporting on all shipment stages of each
RMA.
● Documentation Control & Reporting:
*Record and organize all necessary transportation documents related to Inbound,
Marketplaces, and RMA transportation. Ensure proper reporting of these activities to the
wider team.
*Track and report on weekly and monthly KPIs.
*Reconcile and submit 3PL and freight invoices for Accounting and Operations month end
reporting.
● Ad-Hoc Operation Support:
*Manage item set up within 3PL systems
*Analytical and project support related to various Operational goals or milestones
*Value Added Service Work Order coordination between Cure and 3PLs.
● Vendor Relationship Management: Maintain and support positive and professional relationships
with transportation and 3PL partners through phone, email, and in-person meetings. Establish
trust and reliability with partners through consistent and dedicated collaboration.
● Warehouse Travel: Travel as needed to any of Cure’s warehousing partners across the US to
support corporate initiatives (estimated about 2 days per quarter).
About You:
● Are excited about entrepreneurship and are committed to helping people live healthier lives.
● 2+ years of experience in Logistics, Supply Chain, or another related field within Operations.
● Highly organized, proactive multitasker who can rapidly identify and resolve various issues
without sacrificing attention to detail, completeness, or follow-through.
● Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement action
plans for risk mitigation and process improvement.
● Clear communicator: Ability to absorb large data sets and communicate details to a wide and
diverse audience inclusive of 3PL, freight forwarding, and other relevant business partners.
● US-based with work authorization to work in the US.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
● E-commerce and Start-up experience is a plus.
● Strong record of leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities.
● Self-driven, Curious, Confident, Optimistic, and Passionate.
