Celero-Partners and our associated partner, Arborjet, are looking for a hands-on Mechanical Engineer to support our growing in-house team providing 3D design, 3D printing, and 3D scanning services.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building things — from concept to prototype to production, and who is comfortable working directly with customers. You’ll help take customer requests, define project requirements, support quoting, and deliver high-quality outcomes while building strong relationships that lead to new business.
What you’ll do
· Mechanical design and development
· Produce prototypes and production drawings
· Operate and maintain 3D printers and support printing workflows
· Operate 3D scanning equipment and support capture/inspection workflows
· Work directly with clients, from inquiry through execution
· Help grow customer relationships and identify future opportunities
· Collaborate with internal and external teams to deliver projects on time and to spec
What we’re looking for
· Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field)
· 1–3 years of mechanical design experience in a manufacturing environment
· Proficiency in SolidWorks
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
· Customer-facing confidence and relationship-building ability
· Experience with 3D printing
· Experience with 3D scanning
