Growing Global Manufacturing | Strategic Leadership Role
We are partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing global manufacturer seeking a Director of Global Supply Chain to lead and evolve their end-to-end supply chain strategy.
This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for shaping the strategy, performance, and maturity of the global supply chain function.
The organization is investing heavily in operational excellence, supplier partnerships, and scalable systems to support continued product innovation and growth. This leader will play a key role in building a high-performing supply chain organization while driving measurable improvements across cost, service, quality, and risk.
What You Will Do
• Develop and execute a global supply chain strategy aligned with company growth initiatives
• Lead sourcing, planning, supplier performance, and logistics strategy
• Drive cost reduction, value engineering, and working capital improvements
• Advance supply chain maturity through data analytics, ERP optimization, and process standardization
• Partner closely cross functionally across the organization
• Build and mentor a high performing team including buyers and senior buyers
What We Are Looking For
• 5 to 10+ years of progressive supply chain leadership experience
• Strong background in supplier development, sourcing strategy, and cost management
• Proven success driving Lean, continuous improvement, and operational transformation
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems and S&OP processes
• Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional leadership teams
• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred
