Job description:
Responsible for all shipping, logistics, and fleet operations for a fresh produce company. Oversees end-to-end distribution, including coordinating outbound shipments, maintaining cold chain integrity, and ensuring timely, cost-effective deliveries. Manages truck leasing arrangements and directs hiring, training, and scheduling of delivery drivers. Works cross-functionally with operations, procurement, and sales to maintain high product quality, accurate documentation, and continuous improvement in logistics performance.

Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation coordination, or supply chain operations, including scheduling frequent shipments.
- Comfortable working with operational systems (logistics platforms, spreadsheets, inventory or routing tools).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
