Position Overview
As a Lead Restoration Technician, you’ll be responsible for managing on-site restoration projects, supervising crews, and ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and at the highest standards. You’ll be the face of the company on job sites — leading field technicians by example and providing top-notch service to our customers in their time of need.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute water, mold, and fire damage restoration projects
- Supervise, train, and hold accountable field technicians on job sites
- Operate restoration equipment including air movers, dehumidifiers, extractors, and demolition tools
- Perform demolition, drying, sanitizing, and debris removal tasks as needed
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers, insurance adjusters, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate job records, time logs, and documentation via company software
- Ensure job site safety and compliance with industry standards (IICRC)
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in water/mold/fire restoration
- IICRC certifications (WRT, ASD, or AMRT) preferred
- Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a crew
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift 50+ lbs
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Availability for rotating on-call shifts (nights/weekends/holidays as needed)
