Paradise Kitchen & Closets is a premier destination for luxury home organization. We are seeking a seasoned Kitchen Refacing Expert who takes pride in high-end craftsmanship. This is a position for a true professional who understands the nuances of finish carpentry and high-quality cabinetry.

What You’ll Do
- Installations: Execute the full installation of the projects
- Master Craftsmanship: Scribe, trim, and adjust materials on-site to ensure a perfect fit in any space.
- Expert Tool Use: Proficiently operate table saws, miter saws, and specialized hardware jigs.
- Client Interaction: Maintain a professional presence in clients' homes, ensuring the workspace is kept immaculate.
- Quality Assurance: Perform final adjustments on drawer glides, hinges, and decorative trim to meet our "Paradise Standard."
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in cabinet refacing.
- Professionalism: Punctuality and clear communication are non-negotiable.
- Driver’s License: A valid, clean Florida Driver’s License is required to operate our company vehicle.
- Reliable Transportation for tools and materials.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
