In this long-term contract position, you will play a crucial role in supporting construction projects, ensuring timelines are met, and maintaining efficient project workflows. Responsibilities:
• Coordinate project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.

• Assist in creating and maintaining master schedules for ongoing and future projects.
• Organize and digitize project-related documents through scanning and archiving.
• Collaborate with project managers to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
• Monitor project milestones and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with project guidelines and standards.
• Facilitate communication between team members and external partners.
• Identify potential risks and propose solutions to mitigate delays.
• Prepare detailed reports on project status and performance metrics.
• Proven experience in project coordination or assistance within construction or engineering industries.
• Strong ability to manage timelines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with master scheduling tools and techniques.
• Proficiency in document scanning and digital archiving processes.
• Solid understanding of project management principles.
