We are seeking a dedicated people to join our team.

The ideal candidates will have a passion for helping others and a strong background in the restoration industry. This role involves responding to various restoration needs, including but not limited to water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation. As a Lead Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role in restoring properties to their pre-damage condition, ensuring safety and satisfaction for our clients. You will be responsible for crews on job sites to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.

Duties include -

General Labor
General Cleaning of construction site
Smoke Cleaning
Water mitigation
Fire clean up
Contents moving and cleaning, restoration
Demolition of affected building materials
Photo and written documentation of project
Ability to lift heavy equipment
Ability to work overtime, including some weekends
Ability to follow direction, yet take initiative
Sense of urgency
Ability to prioritize
Great work ethic
Read and write English
Driving company vehicle
IICRC Certifications a plus but not required.

Skills

Knowledge of restoration processes related to fire damage and water damage.
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools for building and repair tasks.
Understanding of safety regulations within the restoration industry.
Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills for client interactions.
Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry standards.
Experience and Passion for being a Leader on a team

Employees will be required to complete a background check which includes MVR (motor vehicle record), physical and drug screening.

MSB is an Employee Owned Company, the employees own over 60% of the company stock. The employee’s will purchase the remainder of the stock over the next several years. The stock is purchased using profits retained by the company, this does not cost the employee’s any money.
