Verdeterre Contracting, a family-owned full-service site earthwork and site utility company, is currently seeking a Project Manager/Estimator who will be counted as a key member of our growing team.
As Project Manager/Estimator, the candidate will be responsible for managing the bid, building, and buying out aspects of each project in order to meet deliverables and provide the customer satisfaction for which Verdeterre is known.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Estimating job cost and preparing bids; following up as necessary,
- Directing field team leaders, managing schedules, monitoring costs and ensuring quality,
- Developing and managing relationships with clients, suppliers, subcontractors and fellow team members,
- Providing oversight to ensure targets are met.

Qualified Candidates Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Previous construction project management and estimating experience required
- Must be eligible to work in the US
- Previous experience in heavy civil project management strongly desired
