Vorenza Rental Cars operates a growing fleet across Turo and private rentals. We are looking for a highly organized and dependable Fleet Coordinator to manage vehicle readiness, logistics, and day-to-day physical operations. This role starts part-time, with a defined pathway to full-time for candidates who demonstrate reliability, leadership, and operational ownership.
This is a hands-on role. You will be responsible for keeping the fleet organized, staged, and running smoothly.
Responsibilities
Fleet Readiness
- Ensure all vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for scheduled pickups
- Stage vehicles before arrival times
- Do fluid checks
- Verify mileage, fuel levels, and condition
Pickups & Returns
- Conduct vehicle handoffs
- Take detailed photos at pickup and return
- Document damage or issues immediately
- Update system status in real time
Key & Inventory Control
- Maintain organized key system
- Track vehicle location at all times
- Ensure no vehicle is unaccounted for
Maintenance Coordination
- Coordinate with mechanics and vendors
- Track maintenance schedule
- Flag upcoming service needs
Claims Support
- Capture required photos
- Document damage accurately
- Provide information to operations team
Daily Reporting
- End-of-day fleet report
- Vehicle status updates
- Issues that need escalation
