Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer located at our Greenville, SC facility. The Manufacturing Engineer will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and improving production workflows, troubleshooting equipment, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
Must maintain all 3rd party testing and qualifications, such as Energy Star.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering principles
- Background in Industrial Engineering and process optimization
- Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering concepts and applications
- Experience with Machining operations and techniques
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and quality improvement methodologies is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field required
Compensation
- $80,000-95,000 (depending on experience)
