Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Manufacturing Engineer located at our Greenville, SC facility. The Manufacturing Engineer will focus on optimizing manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Day-to-day tasks include analyzing and improving production workflows, troubleshooting equipment, maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.

Must maintain all 3rd party testing and qualifications, such as Energy Star.

Qualifications

Knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering principles
Background in Industrial Engineering and process optimization
Proficiency in Mechanical Engineering concepts and applications
Experience with Machining operations and techniques
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work in a collaborative team environment
Familiarity with Lean manufacturing and quality improvement methodologies is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field required
