As a Project Coordinator, you will assist with planning and scheduling activities, tracking project progress, coordinating logistics, and maintaining clear communication between field teams, project managers, and stakeholders. You help ensure documentation is accurate, resources are available when needed, and potential issues are addressed proactively.

What You’ll Be Doing

Coordinating schedules and logistics to ensure equipment, personnel, and materials are available when needed.
Tracking project progress and documentation, including timelines, reports, and compliance records.
Supporting communication between project managers, field teams, vendors, and other stakeholders.
Monitoring budgets and administrative tasks, such as purchase orders, invoicing support, and cost tracking.
Identifying and escalating potential issues to help keep projects running safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

What You’ll Need

Degree or an associate degree in a technical or logistics-related field and have at least 3 years of work experience.
Demonstrated affinity for technical work.
You are flexible and willing to travel to project locations.
You are eager to learn, have excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a proactive attitude.
