Company Overview
Vineyard Brands is an employee-owned (ESOP) wine importer and distributor representing family-owned wineries from around the world. The Operations, Logistics & Compliance department works closely with distributors across the United States to ensure accurate order fulfillment, inventory integrity, and long-term distribution success. Operational execution and attention to detail are critical to maintaining the trust of our customers.
One of our primary missions is to understand and respect the goals of each of our producers for their individual brands. We have a proprietary sense of pride in our brands and understand that the only way to achieve long‐term success is building a good distribution network. We work closely with our distributors across the United States to ensure that not only do we have good sales and depletion volumes, but that our distribution is optimized for the long term
Position Summary
We are seeking a hard-working, detail-oriented Logistics Associate to support our domestic order fulfillment and operations processes. This role is execution-focused and hands-on; ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, consistency, and follow-through. Like in all supply chain occupations, this is a position where problem solving and critical thinking are important. The ability to foresee steps in the supply chain and catch mistakes before they become problems is key.
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing domestic orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, coordinating with warehouses and distributors, and ensuring data integrity across systems and spreadsheets. Orders must be entered correctly, inventory must be right, and shipments must go out on time—every day. This is a fast-paced role that requires discipline, organization, and the ability to manage routine volume without losing precision. If you like structure, checklists, and seeing clean results at the end of the day, you’ll do well here.
