Responsibilities

Must have reliable transportation.
- Ensure precise execution of remodeling projects.
- Operate a variety of hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites.
- Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trim carpentry, door hanging, cabinet installation, and drywall finishing.
- Conduct concrete forming, concrete finishing, masonry work, and stucco application to enhance structural integrity.
- Install flooring, tile laying, glass panels, roofing components, and perform roofing repairs as needed.
- Manage construction site inspections to monitor progress, quality standards, safety compliance, and adherence to project timelines.
- Execute specialized tasks such as plumbing rough-ins and finishes, electrical installations, caulking, plastering, welding, and restoration work.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure seamless fabrication and installation of fixtures and finishes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and proper equipment handling.
Experience
- Proven experience in remodeling or general construction roles with a strong background in carpentry, masonry, or related trades.
- Familiarity with construction estimating, schematics reading, blueprint interpretation, and construction management practices.
- Hands-on experience operating power tools, heavy equipment (such as forklifts or excavators), and performing site inspections.
- Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards across various construction disciplines.
- Skilled in multiple trades including roofing, flooring installation, tile work, glass installation, framing carpentry, drywall finishing, plastering, stucco application, welding or fabrication is a plus.
- Ability to read technical drawings accurately and follow detailed instructions for complex projects.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt quickly on-site while maintaining high standards of craftsmanship.
