Productivity Engineering is a team at LinkedIn that builds products that power LinkedIn’s business. We drive technology vision, architecture, and design systems that deliver impact across the enterprise.
We are seeking a Staff Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex technical programs for LinkedIn’s Go-To-Market organization. This role requires strong technical depth, systems thinking, and the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels.
You will partner with Engineering, Business stakeholders, Product, Legal, Security and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions that create a best-in-class experience for Sellers, Customer Success, Global Support and LinkedIn’s members and customers in over 200 countries.
As a Staff Technical Program Manager, you will drive programs across 3rd Party Tools and Go-To-Market platforms that drive innovation, scalability, and operational excellence across the organization. You will be expected to leverage AI-enabled tools, and support the delivery of scalable AI-powered capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a solid track record of successfully delivering large-scale technical programs and demonstrating technical leadership. This includes strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to align cross functional teams and vendors to deliver measurable outcomes. Strong business acumen , product intuition, and technical depth are required to enable you to engage meaningfully with product and engineering teams.. Analytical rigor, structured problem-solving, and comfort operating in ambiguity are essential. Experience contributing to or leading the development and productionization of AI-enabled products or capabilities is highly valued.
Responsibilities:
- Own technical programs from inception to delivery.
- Support multiple cross-functional teams (including external vendors) to deliver their objectives in fast-paced and complex programs and projects
- Develop strong partnerships with Business, Engineering and Product leaders to drive focus on strategic and tactical program objectives
- Build expertise around subject matter to be able to articulate technical details and requirements to various teams involved.
- Define metrics and indicators for Program health.
- Navigate through ambiguity and solve complex problems.
- Drive data informed decisions to steer the program and strategy.
- Lead Planning, execution and on-time delivery of cross-functional initiatives.
- Partner with all levels of management on portfolio execution and team efficiency.
- Drive quarterly roadmap and resource planning activities and deliverables.
- Lead efforts to identify risks, resolve key project conflicts, and establish appropriate resolution paths
- Report on project status or portfolio roadmap, risks, issues and mitigation plans
- Create a collaborative work environment that fosters shared understanding, transparency, mastery, autonomy, innovation and continuous learning.
- Coach and mentor others in the best practices of modern planning and execution.
- Change champion and catalyst for driving innovation and leveraging AI to automate day to day TPM processes.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- B.S./B.A. Engineering, Computer Science or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
- 5+ years professional experience in an engineering or technical team, managing technical programs/projects
- Experience with AI systems and Generative AI
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI platforms such as Azure AI, AWS Agentic AI, or proprietary ML stacks
- Understanding of AI technologies including LLMs, agentic workflows, model evaluation frameworks, and cloud-based AI infrastructure
- Experience managing company wide, large scale, high impact programs
- Direct work experience in a technical project management capacity to drive large technical initiatives including all aspects of process development and execution.
- Knowledge of complex technical ecosystems and adequate technical depth
- Experience managing multiple major and concurrent projects/programs executed through multiple geographic locations
- Ability to quickly adapt to faster pace, shifting priorities, demands, and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities

LinkedIn is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
The pay range for this role is $139,000 to $229,000. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location. This may be different in other locations due to differences in the cost of labor.
