We are hiring a Field Data Technician to support field operations by ensuring the timely flow of information between field crews and supervisors.
Main Responsibilities
- Communicate between Project Manager and General Foreman.
- Gather measurements, data, and pictures needed for restoration.
- Report information to vendors via the vendor’s system.
- Monitor sub-contractors completing various restoration work.
- Post and take down no-parking signs for restoration crews.
- Collaborate with customers for agreeable quantities reflected in production & invoicing.
- Keep documentation for customer complaints, as well as pre- and post-construction conditions of job site.
- Deliver required information to crews and sub-contractors including permits, maps, and other information.
- Pick up documents from crews and transport them to office ensuring documents get to the appropriate individual.
Required Qualifications
- Moderate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- High level of customer service.
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
- Ability to follow directions and stay on task.
- Good mathematical skills.
- Strong ability to operate tablet and smart phone applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous construction experience.
- Familiarity with reading drawings and maps.
