The Sales Training and Performance Project Manager is responsible for developing, managing and delivering a variety of sales training initiatives, tools and resources to support the success of the sales organization. This position is key to ensuring that sales teams are equipped with the skills, knowledge and resources necessary to achieve high performance. This role includes overseeing Salesforce CRM adoption and usage, participating in the development and delivery of sales training programs, developing sales tools and supporting performance initiatives by using data and insights to create a culture of continuous improvement.

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, sales, communications, business or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 4 - 6 years of related experience.
- Ability to facilitate both in-person and virtual training for small and large groups.
- Proficiency in instructional design techniques, especially those aligned with adult learning principles.
- Strong understanding of how to measure the success of sales with a focus on driving measurable results.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while maintaining a focus on results.
- Strong focus on customer service, ensuring that training programs meet the needs of the sales teams and support the organization’s culture of hospitality.
- High level of competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Power Point, Excel) and familiarity with other relevant training technologies and tools.
- High level of proficiency with Salesforce.Experience in the senior living industry or in a sales training role preferred.
