Job Description
The Remote Night-Time Fracturing Operations Dispatcher plays a critical role in supporting live hydraulic fracturing operations by coordinating communications, monitoring equipment and job progress, and ensuring seamless execution during night-time hours. This position requires strong situational awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make fast, accurate decisions in a high pressure environment.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Monitoring & Support
- Document all critical events, changes, and communications in accordance with company protocols.
Communication & Coordination
- Serve as the central communication point between the field and operations support teams during night shift operations.
- Coordinate equipment mobilization, callouts, and service company support as required.
- Maintain accurate and timely updates
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure all dispatching activities adhere to company HSE policies.
- Escalate safety concerns or operational risks immediately to supervisors and leadership.
- Verify trucking and equipment movements comply with DOT and company requirements.
Administrative & Reporting
- Produce nightly reports summarizing operational status, downtime, logistics updates, and job performance metrics.
- Support morning handoff briefings to day shift personnel.

Skills And Requirements
- Experience in hydraulic fracturing, oilfield dispatching, or wellsite operations support a plus.
- Strong understanding of frac operations, equipment, and stage workflows a plus
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours.
- Proficiency with email and Microsoft products such as word and excel
- Prior experience in remote operations centers (ROC) or 24/7 dispatch environments.
- Knowledge of sand logistics, wireline coordination, or pumping services.
