The Role
We’re seeking a hands-on Assistant Director of Operations to support daily operations across multiple clinic locations. You’ll work closely with the Director of Operations to lead managers and staff, improve workflows, ensure compliance, and help teams deliver outstanding patient care.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee operations across multiple clinics for smooth, efficient workflows
• Mentor managers and staff while supporting performance and growth
• Improve processes, track performance, and ensure regulatory compliance (HIPAA, OSHA)
• Assist with staffing, onboarding, training, and HR coordination
• Use data, EMR systems, and technology to optimize clinic performance
• Serve as a communication bridge between leadership and clinical teams
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required (Healthcare/Business or related field); Master’s a plus
• 3+ years managing outpatient medical practices (multi-location preferred)
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Comfortable with EMR systems, operations, HR, and compliance
Compensation & Benefits
• $60,000 base salary + $10,000 KPI bonus
