Job Description

Swift7 Consultants is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Dispatch Assistant to support daily coordination and scheduling operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication between teams, clients, and field personnel. Responsibilities

Assist in coordinating daily schedules and dispatch assignments
Communicate effectively with drivers, field staff, and internal departments
Monitor job progress and provide real-time updates as needed
Maintain accurate records of schedules, routes, and service logs
Support the operations team with administrative and reporting tasks
Resolve scheduling conflicts and respond promptly to operational changes
Ensure compliance with company procedures and service standards
